Therapeutic Approaches

Finding the right therapist can be challenging. Research confirms that the quality of the therapeutic relationship plays a significant role in therapy outcomes. For this reason, I offer an initial 15-minute phone consultation to help you assess if we are potentially a good fit. After this consult, if we agree, we will proceed to making a booking to further explore the fit more closely.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Person-centred (Carl Rogers).

Gottman Level 1-2.

Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT by Sue Johnson).

EFT for Treating Affairs (Sue Johnson).

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Pat Ogden).

Attachment Healing (Sandra Paulsen) + (Juliane Taylor Shore).

Resource Therapy (Advanced Ego State Therapy)

Relational Life Therapy Level 1, 2 & 3 – ongoing (Terry Real).

I will work with you to select therapeutic interventions that are most likely to help you manage painful thoughts and emotions, clarify your thoughts, and enable you to make your own decisions to achieve your goals.​
