Finding the right therapist can be challenging. Research confirms that the quality of the therapeutic relationship plays a significant role in therapy outcomes. For this reason, I offer an initial 15-minute phone consultation to help you assess if we are potentially a good fit. After this consult, if we agree, we will proceed to making a booking to further explore the fit more closely.
