Hearts and Mind Counselling is conveniently located in Brighton, serving Adelaide’s western and southern suburbs. I offer support to individuals aged 16 and over, as well as couples seeking support.

 

My training is integrative and trauma informed, which means I draw on several different theories to inform my practice. In practical terms, this allows me to tailor counselling to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe each person brings their own strengths, and I work with you in a way that respects your experience, values, and pace.
